Fast and friendly service!

Every step was efficient and friendly.

Points didn’t go towards my account. I paid 166 just for my car to be put on a machine telling me what I told them…the two ladies in the front were very nice, helpful and welcoming!!! Great customer service and because of them I will recommend people to reach out to them for details and help! A sales man even approached wanting to see if I had help! Customer service on the inside was great! Paying 166 is ridiculous.

My Sierra shut down on Hwy 59/69 few miles outside of Wharton, had it towed and I was at Service Counter when it opened the next morning. Theresa Salley was rep that took care of me and she initially diagnosed the problem as bad fuel pump module. Once she diagnosed it thru the computer that was indeed the problem. She was great in getting us back on the road in a little over two hours and even had to go to El Campo GM dealership to get the part. Wonderful Service!!!!!!!!!

Service was great, and they checked and fixed a recall i was not aware of.
